By placing an order on karaibites.in or contacting us for a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

All products listed on karaibites.in are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, particularly during peak festival seasons, to ensure product freshness and quality. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without prior notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of your order will be honored.

We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods provided through Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. Payment must be completed in full before your order is dispatched. Karai Bites does not store any payment credentials. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely by Razorpay.

We deliver across India. Delivery timelines vary based on your location and courier partner availability — typically 3–7 business days for metro cities and 5–10 business days for other areas. Exact timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, festivals, or weather conditions. Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order weight and destination state and are displayed at checkout before payment.

All Karai Bites products are freshly prepared food items with no artificial preservatives. As perishable goods, they should be stored in airtight containers at room temperature once received. Karai Bites is not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery.

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at karaibytes@gmail.com or on WhatsApp (+91 72007 97263). Once the order has entered preparation, cancellation is not possible as items are made fresh to order.

All content on karaibites.in — including product images, descriptions, logos, and design — is the property of Karai Bites. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without written permission is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Karai Bites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sivaganga District, Tamil Nadu.
